FOR PERSONAL INJURY CARE COORDINATION TEAMS

Agentic lead intake and partner follow-up.

An attorney asks about your service. A provider follows up by email. Someone takes the call, but the next person cannot find what was agreed. A useful introduction is now waiting for your team to reconstruct the conversation.

We implement agentic solutions around your business enquiry and partnership workflow, with lead capture, shared context and reviewed follow-up connected to your CRM and tools. Built with security in mind, with controlled access and human approval.

A conversation with Yuval about where work gets stuck and what to fix first.

Illustrative personal-injury care-coordination business workflow: partner enquiry, an optional shared CRM lead and follow-up draft, relationship-owner approval, then a reply and next action. No patient case details.

WHO THIS IS FOR

For the team building attorney and provider relationships.

Your firm

You run a US personal-injury care-coordination, medical referral or case-management service working with attorney firms and providers.

Your role

You are the founder, operations leader or partnership lead responsible for turning business enquiries into active relationships.

Sound familiar?

Your team receives enquiries through forms, email and calls, but ownership, conversation history and the next step are scattered.

THE PROBLEM YOU KNOW TOO WELL

The next relationship should not depend on someone remembering the last call.

Business enquiries cross your website, inbox and meetings. The opportunity stalls when the conversation reaches the team without a clear owner or next action.

01

The enquiry arrives without a clear owner

A form reaches a spreadsheet or shared inbox. Unless someone picks it up, no one knows whether the attorney or provider has received a response.

02

The next conversation starts from scratch

One person has the email, another has the meeting notes and a third remembers the call. Preparing a useful follow-up takes a round of internal messages.

03

A good introduction has no next step

The initial conversation went well, but the promised information or follow-up task is missing. Your team needs to see what is waiting before the relationship goes quiet.

WHAT COULD CHANGE

Give every promising introduction a clear next step.

Connect the point where someone asks about your service with the person responsible for the reply. Your team can see the history and move the relationship forward without rebuilding the conversation.

01

Respond while the enquiry is still relevant

Put ownership and a next action beside the incoming request. Measure elapsed time to the first reviewed response.

02

Prepare from the actual conversation

Use permitted email and meeting context to assemble the follow-up. Keep open questions visible for the person approving it.

03

See which relationships are progressing

Review actual conversations, qualified opportunities and overdue next steps in the CRM. Page views alone do not establish a useful partner relationship.

AGENTS AT WORK

Less chasing.
More work moving.

We implement the agents, connect your tools and shape the work around your team.

01

A page that turns interest into a useful enquiry

Present your approved service clearly and capture the business contact, organisation, enquiry type and source where available. Route the form into a shared record with access for the named team.

02

Content that answers a potential partner’s questions

An optional marketing phase can add an editable blog, reviewed articles, search setup and tested enquiry measurement. We agree the topics and claims with you, then track actual visits and enquiries.

03

An optional CRM and agent for the next action

Bring business contacts, owners, stages and tasks together with authorised email and meeting context. Connect one agreed agent so your team can retrieve the history, prepare a follow-up draft and request permitted updates.

04

A review step your team controls

Show the source context beside the draft. An authorised person approves outbound messages and consequential changes. Expose failed imports or syncs so an enquiry does not disappear behind a success message.

IMPLEMENTED FOR YOU

We handle the build.
Your team keeps moving.

An agentic solution built around your business: AI agents that carry out the connected steps, with your team in control of key decisions.

  1. 01

Show us where it gets stuck.

Walk us through one recurring bottleneck. We map the work, the people and the tools, then agree on a useful first implementation.

  2. 02

    We build and connect it.

We configure the agents around your process and connect the CRM, files and communication tools the work depends on.

  3. 03

Test it together. Put it to work.

We test real examples with your team, refine the handoffs and train the people who will use it before rollout.

YOUR CRM. YOUR TOOLS.

Built around the systems you already use.

Keep the email, documents and meeting tools your team uses. We map the sources and permissions first, then connect the agreed records to your CRM or build the scoped workspace you need.

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Google Drive
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Slack

Examples of tools we can connect. We confirm your software, access and required actions during mapping. Using something else? Tell us your setup.

A FOCUSED FIRST STEP

Start with one enquiry type and a handful of past conversations.

Choose a repeatable attorney or provider business enquiry. We map the current handoff, agree the shared record and reviewer, then test captured enquiries and reviewed follow-ups before your team uses the flow live.

Talk about your enquiry workflow

Prove the handoff before adding more channels.

Test one enquiry type from capture through approved follow-up, including missing information and failed imports. Compare preparation and response time with your existing process; agree the next phase from those results.

What we test before expanding
  • Time from enquiry to assigned owner
  • Time to the first reviewed response
  • Business leads without a next action
  • Actual qualified partner conversations and outcomes

BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Who is this for?

Care-coordination, medical referral and case-management teams serving personal-injury attorneys and providers. The first workflow is your business enquiry and partnership process. We confirm that process exists before proposing a build.

What do you implement for us?

We map the workflow, finalise the agreed page and lead capture, connect the approved tools, test the handoff and train your team. Marketing content and a custom CRM with agent access can be separately selected phases.

Can this work with our existing CRM and email?

We review your exact products, plans and permissions during mapping. Supported connections or approved imports bring the agreed context into the record. We do not assume access to every channel or historical conversation.

Does this also track patients and treatment visits?

That is a separate platform project. We can map referral intake, staff follow-up, missed-visit exceptions and attorney-visible status, then validate the required systems and data controls. It is not included in the business-lead website or CRM scope. Treatment decisions remain with qualified people.

How soon will we see a result?

We agree the rollout around one complete handoff and measure it on your own examples. Track enquiry ownership, review time and follow-through before expanding. We do not promise a response-rate, ranking or patient-outcome improvement.

LET’S LOOK AT YOUR BOTTLENECK

Where does a useful partner enquiry wait today?

Walk through one recent business enquiry with Yuval: how it arrived, who picked it up and what happened next. We’ll identify a practical first workflow to implement. Please keep patient details out of the enquiry.

  1. Tell us what gets stuck and which tools you use.
  2. We review the details before speaking with you.
  3. You can choose a call time after submitting.

A brief description is enough. Please keep confidential client records and passwords out of the form.
