FOR NYC FIRMS RENOVATING HIGH-END HOMES

AI quote generation with interior design sketches.

Your homeowner is waiting. Your estimator has the numbers, your designer has the vision, and someone still has to turn both into a proposal. Then the client changes a finish. Another revision. Another evening getting the quote ready instead of moving the sale forward.

We implement agentic solutions that bring your site notes, pricing and interior concept sketches into one branded proposal, connected to your CRM and project tools. Built with security in mind, with controlled access and human approval.

WHO THIS IS FOR

For the team selling high-end NYC renovations.

Your firm

You run a NYC renovation or design-build firm serving high-end apartment, brownstone or townhouse owners.

Your role

You are the owner, head of preconstruction, estimator or interior design lead responsible for getting proposals out.

Sound familiar?

You already have qualified enquiries and past estimates, but assembling the scope, price and design keeps holding up the next quote.

THE PROBLEM YOU KNOW TOO WELL

A good opportunity can spend too long waiting on a proposal.

The client has seen the property with you. Now they need a clear reason to choose your firm. The work between that visit and the proposal is where the momentum gets lost.

01

The quote depends on everyone finding time

The site notes are in one place, the estimate in another and the design selections in a third. Someone has to reconcile all three before the client sees a price.

02

The homeowner sees a number, not what it buys

Your estimate and mood board arrive separately. The client struggles to connect the price to the finishes and rooms they imagined, so the next conversation becomes another explanation.

03

A small finish change becomes a whole new evening

The client swaps the cabinetry or stone. You update the allowance, the scope and the presentation—and check that the latest version still protects your margin.

WHAT COULD CHANGE

Spend less of the sale assembling the proposal.

Give the homeowner one proposal they can understand: the room-by-room scope, your reviewed price and the interior concept together. We implement quote-and-design agents around your pricing and design process, so your team spends less time assembling the same information.

01

Put a clear offer in front of the client sooner

Prepare the scope, pricing structure and presentation together. Measure site-visit-to-approved-quote time, including the estimator and designer checks that still need to happen.

02

Show what the price buys

Place room concepts, finishes and selected materials beside the relevant scope and allowances. A client can compare a base design with an upgrade instead of trying to decode a spreadsheet.

03

Protect the margin through revisions

Keep quantities, rates, allowances, exclusions and approved options explicit. When a client changes a finish, show the corresponding scope and price change for review before issuing a new version.

AGENTS AT WORK

Less chasing.
More work moving.

We implement the agents, connect your tools and shape the work around your team.

01

Build the next quote from the scope you already trust

The agents prepare line items from your scope library, rate card and allowances. Missing costs and uncertain quantities are flagged for your estimator, so the draft follows your commercial rules.

02

Show the interior concept beside the price

Bring room concept sketches, material palettes and selected finishes into the same branded proposal as the quote. Your designer shapes the direction and approves generated concept imagery. Detailed construction drawings follow your normal design process.

03

Give the homeowner one proposal to decide on

A branded PDF with room-by-room scope, the reviewed price, options, allowances, exclusions and next steps. The homeowner can see the proposed result and the decisions needed to move forward.

04

Carry approved choices into the project

Keep the accepted quote, selected finishes and open decisions together for the design and delivery team, so the project does not start by reconstructing the sales conversation.

IMPLEMENTED FOR YOU

We handle the build.
Your team keeps moving.

An agentic solution built around your business: AI agents that carry out the connected steps, with your team in control of key decisions.

  1. 01

Show us where it gets stuck.

Walk us through one recurring bottleneck. We map the work, the people and the tools, then agree on a useful first implementation.

  2. 02

    We build and connect it.

We configure the agents around your process and connect the CRM, files and communication tools the work depends on.

  3. 03

Test it together. Put it to work.

We test real examples with your team, refine the handoffs and train the people who will use it before rollout.

YOUR CRM. YOUR TOOLS.

Built around the systems you already use.

Keep the project folders, estimating files and design tools your team already uses. We connect the specific inputs needed for the first quote type and return the proposal in your format.

  • Slack

A FOCUSED FIRST STEP

Start with three completed renovation proposals.

Start with a repeatable project type, such as a kitchen or bathroom renovation. We use completed proposals to build and test the agents, connect the inputs and train your team before the first reviewed live quote.

Talk about your quote bottleneck

See the improvement on your own proposals.

We compare the time spent assembling and reviewing your previous proposals with the same work done by your agents. The useful measure is how soon your team can send a correct quote, including estimator and designer review.

What we test before expanding
  • Hours spent assembling and reviewing each proposal
  • Elapsed time from complete brief to approved quote
  • Pricing, scope and selection corrections before release
  • Client revision rounds and proposal-to-contract conversion over time

BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Who handles the implementation?

FutureProof handles the workflow mapping, agent build, integrations, testing and team training. You provide a process owner, access to the relevant tools and a few real examples. We agree the effort and rollout plan with you before starting.

Can you work with our CRM and existing tools?

Yes—we build around your existing setup, including major CRMs, email, document tools and industry systems. We confirm the connections your workflow needs during mapping and use available integrations or custom connections where supported. Your software plan and access permissions determine what can be connected.

Can the interior design be part of the quote itself?

Yes. The offer includes agreed concept pages, selected finishes and design options within the branded proposal. The designer controls the aesthetic direction and approves any generated imagery. Detailed drawings and technical documentation are separate deliverables.

Will the agents decide our prices?

Your firm owns the pricing. The agents use your approved rates, quantities and allowances, and flag missing supplier costs for the estimator. Your team reviews the commercial details before the quote goes out.

How quickly could we issue a quote?

We test this on your own project type and proposals. The first implementation measures draft preparation, estimator review and design review separately, so you can see the real time from a complete brief to a quote you can send.

LET’S LOOK AT YOUR BOTTLENECK

Is your next renovation quote stuck between the site visit and the send button?

Talk through one recent proposal with Yuval: where it waited, what had to be reworked and who got pulled in. We’ll identify a practical first step toward getting the next one out sooner.

  1. Tell us what gets stuck and which tools you use.
  2. We review the details before speaking with you.
  3. You can choose a call time after submitting.

A brief description is enough. Please keep confidential client records and passwords out of the form.
