1. Who we are

futureproofagents.com (the "Site") is operated by FutureProof Experience Ltd, Israeli company no. 516322831, doing business as FutureProof Agents ("we", "us").

By using the Site, its content or its forms you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site offers

The Site describes our AI agent consulting, scoping and implementation services, and offers articles, a newsletter, a prompt playbook, project pages and links to our communities.

Site content is for information and inspiration only. It is not legal, accounting, financial or other professional advice, and it does not replace a review of your specific situation.

3. Paid services

Discovery meetings, scoping days, implementation projects and any other paid service are governed by a written quote or agreement signed between us. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

Prices, scopes and timelines shown on the Site are illustrative and are not a binding offer.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, articles, design, graphics, video, prompts, the Four Hats method and the FutureProof Agents brand, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may read it, share links to it and use the prompts and tips we publish in your own work. You may not copy, republish, sell or present the content as your own without our prior written permission.

5. What you send us

When you submit an inquiry, application or sign up form, you confirm the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. Please do not send sensitive data, trade secrets or other people's personal data through our forms.

Contacting us through the Site does not create an engagement or an obligation to provide services.

6. AI generated content

Some content, examples and tools on the Site were created or edited with AI tools. We review them, but they may contain errors. Please verify information before relying on it for a business decision.

7. Third party links and services

The Site links to outside services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, X, YouTube and a meeting calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we do not control and are not responsible for them.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information you submit in our forms, plus Site usage data through Google Analytics where you allow it. We use it to answer your inquiry, manage our business relationship and improve the Site. We do not sell personal data.

Data is kept in our private CRM, spreadsheets and mailboxes, some of which are hosted by cloud providers outside Israel. Newsletter sign up is opt in only, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email y@futureproofagents.com and we will handle it promptly.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its information is always complete and current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page, by the date shown at the top.

11. Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.

If the Hebrew and English versions of these Terms conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
